Normal check in time is 2pm.
Earlier check-in is subject to availability, but we do our best to welcome you at an earlier time for your convenience.

Check-out time is 11 am by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests. Please always leave the apartment by the time agreed.
Late check-out is subject to availability, but storage of your belongings is always possible. Please note, we reserve the right to enter the apartment after agreed check-out time and move and store your belongings if necessary.

Key collection:
We require guest arrival and departure details, in order to advise our colleague of when to expect guests.

Guests' misbehaviour:
Please respect the neighbours as well as the silence of the house. Parties are strictly prohibited. In case we receive complaints from neighbours or the police, we may cancel your accommodation. In this event you will not be entitled to any refund or compensation. Damages and breakages are also the guests’ responsibility during their stay.
The property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival.

Security bond (at the amount of 100 EUR – only in case of group reservations for more than two apartments or if more than 5 guests staying in one apartment at the same time), might be charged on arrival and is fully refunded upon departure unless there are outstanding charges in case of damage or loss caused to the property or smoking inside an apartment during your stay or excess cleaning requirements. In this case that charge will be subtracted from the security deposit and the remainder refunded to you.

The apartments are not serviced during your stay as the apartments are not classified as “serviced apartments” or a “hotel”. You are responsible for keeping the apartment in clean condition. For longer stays, weekly cleaning can be arranged with no extra charge!

Pets are not allowed unless specific arrangements have been made in writing in advance.

All our apartments are strictly non-smoking ones, therefore we kindly ask you not to smoke in the apartments.

Number of guests:
Number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance.
